'Here to Help' is a Motability style finance solution allowing those qualifying for higher rate DLA (Disability Living Allowance) or PIP (Personal Independence Payment) to lease or purchase equipment (assuming a car is not already financed in this manner)

After the initial assessment and application, the full finance package includes all servicing, repairs, spares - including batteries and tyres, fully comprehensive insurance, breakdown cover and similar courtesy vehicle whilst any repairs are carried out. 

Typically the deal lasts for two to three years, if circumstances change during this period the equipment need can be reassessed. After the term has finished it can be renewed, and brand new equipment supplied. Similar to modern day new car deals where people hand them back after the term and get another new one.
