The Padded Leg Cosy is a very simple yet effective product for keeping the wheelchair user dry and warm. It has a soft brushed cotton lining material which also helps with comfort, the Padded Leg Cost easily attaches to the wheelchair with adjustable straps to prevent it from blowing around.
